The code for personal-timeline is not longer in the frontend app's code path. I haven't decided if we should nix the personal timeline yet or not; it feels like it might prove to be handy at some point in the future.
To be clear: at the moment we have a team-timeline that shows all users and all of their activity on the team. It might be handy to be able to just see a single user's activity on a given team, and so I'm not sure we should remove the personal timeline just yet.
