MFI

This repository contains all the code currently used in the spatial MFI atlas analysis.

Lingo:

• M in the beginning of notebook name is for main analysis
• S in the beginning of notebook name is for subanalysis

All the code is divided into 4 sections according to paper sections/figures. In each directory for each section there is a file running_instructions.txt with information on how to run the code.
