repo: debug tools

repo should make essential status information available to a debugger (not to end user), including:

• All generated logs by agent and controller
• Wallet content
• Other debugging info

repo should allow the admin to reset its wallet to empty. this may be needed for testing and debugging purposes. In addition, we may need to make other admin changes. It's ok to ssh to local OS to perform these, or to enable this temporarily through CD tool, then show the actual information in a web page.

These are for developer/debugger use only, not for users.
