This is a combination of the Marquee Scroller code & the Delorean Back to the Future style clock.

Green clock middle gives your the actual timezone that you're from
Orange clock gives the last timezone (clock) with date of your choice

If you have any issues with the displays, it can be useful to remove the resisters on the back of the displays. Just Google 'Sevensegment display remove capacitors'.
In the folder - Examples you will find two different examples of how this clock is wired The first is the default wiring guide, the 2nd is if you have issues with the first & the displays do not light up.
