Updates to the Romanian translation #309

Just did a update of the translation. 😃 I also added myself to the "🧑‍💻 Contributors and translations"

It's going alright with the version 19.0.0. just that, the icons are being downloaded each time when opening up a new tab, while having in the Settings - Quick links - Style to "Text" when having that option on, icons are still being downloaded from the stuff that's in Quick links, just by looking at the devtools. the thing is, is that I don't see the icons, so it's kinda pointless of having to download icons for each of every new tab.

I'll probably move this to the Issues tab.

But, so far, it's a great update. 👍

You're right, not fetching icons when using the text style makes sense! You can create a small issue with a bug label, that way we don't forget about it.
