Update Translation - Romanian #324

It's a small one, there's a few changes with the translation. However, there was one word that wasn't translated, and that was "Enabled" in the "Dark mode" (below the "Language" option), and for some reason when I choose a different language within Bonjourr, and went to where it says "Dark mode" again, (below the "Language" option). and it's saying "Enabled" in there, even if it's a completely different language. And when I picked Romanian, (needs to refresh webpage, if changed to other languages) it says "Activat", and that's because I added that string before. Even refreshing the page to others languages still says "Enabled". That's just something I found out. 🤷

Thanks for the heads up, I saw the issue with the dark mode translation but keep forgetting about it !
