Update Romanian translations #368

It felt as if Romanian was machine-translated so I sprinkled in some native speaker magic.

Do I ping the original contributor UnifeGi to explain his translation choices? It looks good to me, but in cases like this its difficult for me to know who is actually right 😅

The translation does feel quite improved, with better formatted texts, and yes... I did use DeepL and Google for translations, so it felt mostly "machinary", but I tried with how it would look great in translations with tools and the mindset I had at the time. But, to be honest, it does look good to me with how it's translated, and that I'd accept that PR. ✔️
