Settings file export button not working on Safari extension #440

  1. Clicking the Export button redirects to:

blob:safari-web-extension://17132feb-0d3f-460e-934d-690c119aa2a8/488e81e5-867d-468e-991e-68375fee51b8

With the following error:

934d-690c119aa2a8/488e81e5-867d-468e-991e-68375fee51b8". Chyba je: „Operáciu
sa nepodarilo dokoncit. (WebKitBlobResource chyba 1.)" (WebKitBlobResource:1)
  1. When clicking any Quick Links, it opens about:blank, but not the saved link.

Safari 18.0, Sonoma 14.7, MacBook Pro 14 M1 Pro (2021)

This second bug was already present before upgrading to Bonjourr 20.0.0

  1. is fixed with this commit: https://github.com/victrme/Bonjourr/commit/6ee74e0b84ced14caeab8aa1fbbc8fdc726755d0

  2. This error is only happening with the extension, not with the web version. Safari is very quirky and there is not a lot of info about this. I'll try to fix this somehow, but I might end up just removing the export button 😢
