Asia time zones are categorized incorrectly #477

Describe the bug When selecting time zones for the world clock feature, the East Asia category lists locales that are in Central or West Asia, and vice versa.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Settings'
  2. Scroll down to 'Region' under 'Time and Date'
  3. Click into the dropdown menu and scroll down to the above categories
  4. See error

Expected behavior It goes without saying that these region categories are simply mislabeled. Functionally, there does not appear to be a problem as the regional times are correct.

Ah yes, thanks @swiftwind501, I confused "Middle East" with "East Asia"...
