Features/Improvements:

Replace interactive question/answer prompts with proper command-line syntax in all spots
Add "user manual", a tutorial guide which can be accessed from within program
Restyle some code

Bugfixes:

Proper handling of ports when linking and unlinking hosts
Fix diagram display when router has "unlinked" ports
