Support Q-Relay 3P

The current version does not support a multi phase system as the Q-Relay 3P. It would be nice if this will be integratie as seen in: https://github.com/posixx/home_assistant_custom_envoy

I will take a look if I can copy over the 3 phase support. I cannot test it though, since I don’t have a multi phase system myself. Would be nice if you can help with that.
