Proposed changes

Log out button implemented

• When user logs out their authentication token is removed from browser's session storage
• User also redirected to landing page Nav bar links conditionally render depending on whether user is logged in or not
• Log out and dashboard links render if user is logged in
• Log in and sign up render if user is not logged in
