create pacman db during iso creation #17

this is a bit annoying on a fresh booted system:

root@archiso ~ # pacman -Ss facter
warning: database file for 'core' does not exist
warning: database file for 'extra' does not exist
warning: database file for 'community' does not exist

we now do:

pacman -Syy

during the creation of the ISO.
