A pop up that ask the user difficulty level.

each question should have a difficulty level, all those solving the problem after their solution gets accepted ,pop up should ask the difficulty level (out of 5 stars), overall difficulty level should be the mean of all previous difficulty level submission made. if no one has solved that question before,difficulty level should be "not rated by any user".
