No_option_to_choose_file_after_compilation #812

Description Once a code is compiled we do not have the option to upload the file again

Procedure to reproduce the issue Go To: http://ps-iiith.vlabs.ac.in/exp1/lab.html Click on compile. The option to choose the file disappears.

Expected Result The choose file option should still have been there.

Actual Result The choose file option is no longer in its place.
