Automatically download youtube videos #1

Automatically recognize links containing videos (at least from youtube) and download them using youtube-dl.

The link may or may not then appear in the digest. May be just fetch the title.

This idea could be taken a step further: send the user the next unwatched video on demand. But at first just store the videos on the server.

Core function implemented in 5a1a43a9aa492fc22ff2b7a1d8ad666f11031bda.

Additional niceties should not concern us right now. Also, a followup issue has been opened.
