Is it OK to store the token in a plain text file?

This issue is rendered moot with commit 86872495002de8995741e06a0216e3ee476f2f31, but I'd like to add automatic appendage of something like this

* * * * * ~/telegram-bot/auto-restart.sh

to crontab (and create an install script...) before closing this issue for good.
