interfaces to pytorch biggraph
inst/dockerfile can produce a container that will run the FB15k example with GPU
example container is at dockerhub vjcitn/pbg_gpu ... note that vjcitn fork of pytorch_biggraph is needed because of an apparent indexing problem with the legacy source
