Vijay, sorry I was having some issues in pushing these scripts yesterday! I just tried to add 0% as percent detections in dusk for those species that have 100% detections in dawn (Purple sunbird, Little spiderhunter, and Indian blackbird), and reordered the territorial categories on the figure. I am not sure if I fully understand Dr. Symes' suggestion on removing the dusk bars, so didn't make any changes there now

Thanks for this Pavithra - I am guessing that following our conservation, since one is reciprocal of the other, we get rid of dusk altogether. Let me merge your pull request and make a minor push/edit to your current script
