Corrections for enzymes lab (#7)

Issues in lab 7:

• catalase/temperature directions do not include incubation time!
• bubble height measurement directions may be unclear?
• need to add molecular diagram illustrating enzyme activity (probably catalase)
• the + in the first table on p 56 appears to confuse people
• clearer instructions re: saliva -- requires 1cm liquid, disregarding bubbles

for concentration experiment -- change as follows:

• Swirl again at 5 minutes, wait 20 seconds and then measure
• At 10 or 15 minutes, again swirl, wait, measure this should give a clearer signal with C highest at 20 sec, B at 5 min, A at 10 min

Questions that follow the pH section should be moved to after the concentration section; need to write new questions for the pH section

Be clearer about "low"/"medium"/"high" on catalase graphs -- either leave y axis labels off or explain how to use them
