Type in shell with admin privieleges:
python setup.py install
If you have mingw installed, type:
python setup.py build --compiler=mingw32 install (Note: It is recommended to use VC Express compiler for Python versions >2.6. There are some DLL problems regarding MingW compiled extensions on Python >2.6 versions.)
