gvle: report info, debug and error message in console #316

Errors like #315 are not reported into the log widget of GVLE. It may be useful to have log widget and functionality available before the first log.

@rtrepos Perhaps, we can move the vle::utils::Context log tool into Logger QT widget instead of a gvle.log file. What do you think?
