cmake : wrong path for _vle_package_dir in share/VleUtilsConfig.cmake #352

The naming convention of the pkgs directory has changed for vle-2.1

for vle-2.1 it is now : ${VLE_HOME}/vle-2001/pkgs for vle-2.0 it was : ${VLE_HOME}/pkgs-2.0
