haproxy non started after a reboot of the Loadbalancer #98

After a reboot of the loadbalancer the haproxy service is not automatically:

getty@.service enabled halt-local.service static haproxy.service disabled initrd-cleanup.service static

systemctl enable haproxy fixes the issue
