comment out mysqld_exporter config #15

The mysqld_exporter returns an error when running the pipeline out of the box with no changes. This should remedy the error thrown by not having these values available.

Thanks. Hopefully the new pipeline I'm working on will just work for you. I'll get in touch as soon as it's ready for testing.
