This PR originated from https://github.com/vmware/go-vcloud-director/pull/637 after some discussions. In some cases an additional cookie must be sent to lookup ADFS SAML provider for auth.
This is now provided as an optional configuration to avoid breaking the usual auth flow that is known to work for some.
