[Miniature Garden] Game request (if possible) and Executable for Arc_unpacker ^^ #178

I guess many people would have ask this before but can we have a built .exe for arc_unpacker ? I'm kind of a dick with scripts and all and can't manage to build and obtain an exe with the instruction (I'm on windows 10 personnaly) It would be really awesome to have a ready-to-launch-application :D

(and aside, I was looking for Miniature Garden ost 'cause I can't manage to extract it with other tools... I hope yours will work hahaha)

I found an old compiled version elsewhere and managed to extract the Game datas ! i used --dec=kirikiri/xp3 --plugin=noop

as it didn't worked without plugin and some games seems to use this one, I suggest to put "noop" as default if it means there is no plugin :3
