feature: Page Partial Layouts #98

Changes

Extends Page Partial Block model with a layout field with options: stack-titled, stack-untitled, accordion-open, accordion-closed, tabs.
Extend Page Partial Block model to render its contents based on its layout. See block readme.
Adds an Accordion component, used when layout is accordion-*. See component readme.
Adds a Tabs component, used when layout is tabs. See component readme.

Resolves #96

Open preview link.
Navigate to /en/page-partial-layouts/.
Review the different layouts.
