Notify on Windows OS compatibility where names do not match facts DB names #87

See https://github.com/mcanevet/rspec-puppet-facts/issues/42. Server 2012 R2 is not the OS supported by facterdb, but 2012 R2 is. Warn/error when Server is found in the name of a Windows OS.
