Adds:
gutting npc
sorting logic and despawning
better spawning logic
doors to hse and bleeding station
stop and start buttons
start button (but not stop) for fish gutting spawning
better player start location
player platform for sorting (to make it easier to understand where to best stand)
placeholder audio for gutting fish
light effects for gutting fish
changed barrier to be longer and disabled movement force

Adds start button (but not stop) for fish gutting spawning. the other belts need to be on for the gutting fish spawner to start.
Spawning logic of gutting fish is still not determined, and as such a yellow placeholder is a temporary solution.
