Arabic button didn't change language from English #18

Describe the bug

When a player selects Arabic button on first menu he will hear Ellie's voice in the English language not Arabic

To Reproduce press on the Arabic button on first menu instead of English button, you will notice nothing will be changed

Expected behavior

Hear the instructions in Arabic languages
