Setup a working repository

@vvv-school/vvv17-team-green Does anybody volunteer to setup the working repository for the whole team, which should contain some main folder:

• lib: contain shared lib
• src: contains many folders, corresponding to number of modules we have
• app: contains script for application xml files and conf for configuration ini files
• misc: contains all diagram of input, output of modules, which can be hand drawn
• main CMakeList.txt file

I think this should be done before every sub groups start working on their own task. Then people can git pull and work with their own local.
