I want to have all the listed things formalized in written form.
[ ] Development guideline: How to write code, commit messages and how to use Github in the process
[ ] Documentation guideline: How to write text, what to document, and how to publish documentation
[ ] Contributing Guidelines: This is an open source library. There should be a guide getting people started so they can provide useful additions.
