The usual text below the reply form regarding supported file types and link to posting rules isn't in ChanExplorer. I'd suggest an entry in the settings called 4chan Rules that's reproduced when the user writes text for his first post, containing a copy of posting info & global rules. It should highlight that tor and vpn use will cause a ban. A www link to the board's rules as an action bar menu item would also be good.
