It doesn't work again #51

Can anyone help? At first it was like:

 ✔ Container proton-privoxy  Created                                                                                                                                                    0.1s 
Attaching to proton-privoxy
proton-privoxy  | 'dialog' not found. Please install dialog via your package manager.
proton-privoxy  | Device "proton0" does not exist.
proton-privoxy  | Failed to bring up VPN :(

I've added installing of dialog package in Dockerfile and now it's just:

proton-privoxy  | Device "proton0" does not exist.
proton-privoxy  | Failed to bring up VPN :(
