[Feature]: Showing first x runs & Pagination

Description

• When one exports as an image a panel containing several runs, the mention Showing first x runs remains on the final image (see figure below), which harms for example the visual rendering of the figures of scientific articles.

• The pagination disappears when one hides all the runs. This is only the case if there are runs in progress (see the first two figures below). When there is no run in progress everything works normally even if all runs are hidden (see the last figure below).

Suggested Solution

• Remove the mention Showing first x runs when exporting as an image a panel containing several runs
• Maintain the pagination even when all the runs are hidden.

I would also like to see if this could be a feature. We use WANDB for our system of record and would like to scale beyond 5-10k experiments without the need for multiple projects.

Hi all, thank you for all your work on wandb. It is truly a fantastic service and has streamlined logging for me, but I too would also like to the option of disabling this message in the plots for conference publications.
