decode function for MSMC-IM #4

Hi @wangke16, Is there a function available that will provide output similar to decode.d for MSMC? I am interested in the viewing the migration rates and times along the chromosomes. thanks, @stsmall

hi @stsmall , there is no such function as the migration rate estimates from MSMC-IM are based on the average of genomic data. Ke
