Display image linked in OpenStreetMap in the gallery #138

For example, here are two images of fountains in Basel whose license don't allow them to be uploaded to wikimedia. However, they are still CC https://www.flickr.com/photos/parue85/30759987615/in/album-72157676059454515/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/parue85/34982957620/in/album-72157676059454515/ That one is the Sevogel Brunnen according to Google. It's located at 47.558695, 7.588769

The image key in OSM allows this linking to be done. https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:image

For images not hosted in wikimedia commons, fetching metadata can be tricky. We can just write the following and provide a link to the original source:

Attribution will follow as soon as original source provides a mechanism to retrieve it. [Link to file]()

Re metadata 1) Does Flickr have a machine-easy way to retrieve meta-data ? 2) how about an RFE with OSM to provide optionally also meta-data ?

Just FYI: Google images apparently extracts from Fotometadaten as per https://iptc.org/
