If we ever get the 'streetPanorama360navigatorUrl' (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Property_proposal/streetViewUrl) to be accepted in wikidata, knowing whether a fountain and its surroundings are visible on a webCam would be another one.
