Automatic Full Inventory sync does not start until 1 day after plugin deployment

Version: 1.1.3 and earlier Issue Summary:

• The first Full Inventory Synchronization does not begin to fire until 24 hours after any given plugin deployment.
  • Users must manually perform the first Full Inventory Synchronization, or wait 24 hours, to have their inventory sent to Wayfair.
• Deployment of plugins (even plugins other than the Wayfair plugin) may "reset the clock" and delay the inventory synchronization for an other 24 hours.

Though there are "partial inventory synchronizations" that happen often throughout the day, these will not synchronize every item. Also, that feature is afflicted with https://github.com/wayfair-contribs/plentymarkets-plugin/issues/86 and is therefore unreliable.

Reproduction steps

1. Install the Wayfair plugin in Plentymarkets
2. Put the Wayfair plugin into the active Plugin Set
3. Deploy the Plugin Set

Expected result: Wayfair plugin sends all eligible inventory to Wayfair soon after installation Actual result: Wayfair plugin does not send all eligible inventory to Wayfair until the plugin has been deployed for 24 hours (and no deployments / plugin set changes have happened since)

Work-around Use the "synchronize" button on the "Full Inventory" page of the Wayfair Market settings, after any plugin deployments.

still an issue, because Wayfair's solution was rejected by Plentymarkets (but 1.1.5 has some stuff to help with this issue - loading the Inventory page of the Wayfair plugin's settings will attempt to start a full inventory sync if it's overdue.).
