Cannot use default order statuses that are floats #142

Date(s) issue was encountered: N/A Supplier's client ID (if known): N/A Wayfair plugin Version (displayed in Deployed column in the details of a Plentymarkets Plugin Set) 1.1.3 Plentymarkets Version / release channel: 7

Short description: Cannot set Default Order Status setting to a status that is a float, such as 3.3 which represents "Ready for shipping; waiting for payment."

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior (if repeatable, please perform with the Wayfair logging in Plentymarkets set to the Debug level):

  1. Go to the Wayfair plugin's Settings page
  2. Enter 3.3 into to the Default Order Status field
  3. Click save.

Expected behavior: Default Order Status is set to 3.3

Actual behavior: Default Order Status is normalized to 3 on save
