[TASK] Display Protocol Earnings Overtime #1983

Description

Develop an interactive graph chart for the Tangle Network Service dashboard to visually represent the protocol's earnings over time. This chart should display monthly earnings data, with the ability to highlight and provide more details for each data point. We could potentially to reuse the existing graph component implemented in Hubble Statistics.

@vutuanlinh2k2 for mainnet launch, since we do not have role earnings yet, let's hide the role earnings component until the we are ready to aggregate and display the earnings. Once the backend is set up to track and report earnings, we can reintroduce the component to the UI.
