Defining new blob backends #171

New blob backends should be able to be added to existing webgme deployments to support other means of storage (such as http://sciserver.org/tools/scidrive/).

Some of the discussion in #172 is relevant to this issue as well. I am wondering how many others might benefit from something like this...
