Internet Explorer 11: Cannot login and use annotator at all #16

When I try to use h with Internet Explorer 11, some quirks happens.

First, we do not see the bubble and other tools on the sidebar.

The stream has errors:

In a spec, we do not see the sidebar bubble, I had to guess that it got loaded.

The console shows some errors.
