Expected outcome

If you click logout on sidebar, it should disconnect on accounts.webplatform.org
If you are logged in accounts.webplatform.org, you should already be logged in on the annotation sidebar. Regardless of if you are on *.webplatform.org or w3.org.

We disabled this at your (W3C) request because Safari was not working for unified logout. As a result, we are tracking our own sessions for notes-server and not using the session restore.
