Most of the documentation related to checking if a fastcgi backend is responding is whether or not a process exists or a TCP connection works. But nothing about detecting with pm.server_status and the metrics. There must be a way to use that data and detect a overloaded server with monit.
Would this be YakShaving? Let’s see how the infra lives.
