Make Discourse have automatic database backup

Discourse supports backups sent to an S3 bucket. Let’s configure it to send them into our DreamObjects backup bucket.

We can’t use Discourse internal backup, it only supports Amazon S3 on AWS. We’ll use instead a shell script.

Plus side is that there were a copy to DreamObjects script that wasn’t copying files out there, i’ll edit that one and use it in both cases.
