Applies to upcoming staging infrastructure.

Most service has similar settings but they are not all setup in the same way.

Tasks

[ ] Move any manual changes in Fastly UI to be moved in webplatform/varnish-configs
[x] Ensure NO cookies are passed through www
Also
Same error pages
Ensure it cleans unneeded cookies
Revise what needs improvements
