Guide to the roadmap

Every item on the roadmap is an issue. We use labels to indicate:

• An application that indicates a part of the DXP.
• A module that points out the functional part of a given application.
• A type to categorize the changes.

Applications

WebSight is a Digitial Experience Platform. It consists of several applications. We define the roadmap for the following ones:

• CMS - Content Management System that enables the creation of digital experiences and gets a live preview before publishing.
• DXP - general ticket related to the whole platform.

Modules

WebSight CMS modules:

• Page Editor - enables page assembling and content authoring.
• Page Management - provides functionalities to create pages and arrange them in a hierarchy.
• Assets Management - helps to organize assets like images, videos, or documents.
• Admin Tools - support administration activities.
• New Module - will be created when a roadmap item is implemented.

Types

We use the following types to categorize topics:

• Feature - new functionality or capability for a given application or module
• UX - improved experience for an existing feature
