Update to Discord.js v13

Discord.js recently updated to version 13. It would be nice to stay up to date.

Main breaking changes as far as I know:

Client constructor must specify intents (which events it wants to receive notice of)

Minor changes affecting PilgrimBot:

'message' event type is now deprecated, should be replaced by drop-in replacement 'messageCreate'

Overall changes shouldn't be major.
